Preparing for the Event

• Make an Appointment: Call (760) 783 - 5483 to secure your timeslot. We book appointments every 30 minutes throughout the day with the goal of minimizing your wait time. Please set aside at least one hour for your visit.

• Sort Your Items: Empty your jewelry boxes and storage units, sort through family heirlooms. There is no limit to the number of pieces you can bring! Please do not polish or clean any items as it could decrease the value.

• Heavy Items: Our team is happy to assist with carrying heavier items into the building upon your arrival.

• Unsure About Your Items? View our full list of items we buy. You are welcome to call us in advance to confirm your item’s desirability, but we do not quote prices over the phone.

Safety & Security

• On-Site Security: Armed security will be present throughout the event to ensure the safety of you and your valuables. If needed, personnel can also escort you to and from your vehicle.

What Happens at the Event

1. Arrival: Upon arrival, look for signage directing you to parking and entrance. If you require any assistance, please call (760) 783 - 5483 and we will gladly meet you in the parking lot.

2. Check-In: Please follow signs to the event space and you’ll be greeted by our staff and checked-in.

3. Appraisal: When your name is called, you will be seated with an expert buyer to appraise your items, discuss any questions you may have and provide a purchase offer if desired.

4. Payment: If you decide to sell, we will issue an invoice and provide payment immediately. All sellers are required to provide a photo ID in accordance with local secondhand dealer regulations.

What Happens to Your Items

If sold to us, your items may:

• Be offered to our private clients.

• Be displayed at major antique, jewelry, and watch trade shows across the U.S.

• Be repurposed or processed for their metal value at a refinery.
